Police announced Wednesday the apparent murder-suicide took place after Armstrong was involved in a domestic dispute with her husband, and the father of the three dead children, Jean Pierre, was questioned by the authorities.(Fox)
Police would not give details of the interview or say if the father had been charged with anything.
Police said the car plunged into the water just 10 minutes after a police dispatcher got a 911 phone call from one of Armstrong’s relatives reporting a “domestic argument” at the woman’s house.
By the time police got there, Armstrong had already taken the fatal plunge with her children.
Police said there was no history of domestic violence at the address.(Source)
Newburgh Deputy Police Chief Michael Ferrara said it doesn’t appear that drugs or alcohol were involved.(Video Police Press Conference)
Sounds like she was inspired to do that after watching a Nancy Grace show on CNN where many victims are verbally beatened by Nancy and they just give up on everything to live for. Shame on Nancy!

I couldn’t possibly imagine something so horrible. There is nothing in this world that could happen to me to make me want to do that to my children. I love them more than life itself, so much that even if I were to take my own, I would never dream of taking them with me. That’s the way I feel, some may beg to differ.

I pray for Ms. Armstrong’s surviving Son, ad her extended family who will need to give him a lot of love and understanding. I pray for anyone else in this state of mind of despair to call a church prayer line or TBN and have someone to pray with them. Let the word of God and his light back in to your life. In Jesus’ name – Amen!

They say they don’t think drugs were involved, but that does not include prescription drugs. The percentage of people who do this sort of thing that are also on prescription anti-depressants is very high, so it’s very likely she was. You can check the stats for the teens that are “shooters” at their schools, etc… the number is something like 85% were on anti-depressants. Other moms that have done this were on at least one. In at least one case, the family received a huge settlement from the drug manufacturer. The drugs prescribed for depression cause many of these tragedies. Drugs are looked on as the answer for way too much in our society…. from physical to mental… Our bodies are natural beings and respond to natural substances without these harmful effects.
