The couple has been separated for 3 years, and the former high school sweethearts just can’t seem to come to an amicable or reasonable resolution to their marriage.The couple have two young sons together, Zaire 8 and Zion 2, and today they are being dragged into their parents nastiness.
Siohvaughn Wade — the mother of Dwayne’s two sons. Siohvaughn just filed a new lawsuit, on behalf of the two minor children (an 8-year-old and a 2-year-old) — claiming Wade has engaged in “extreme and outrageous conduct” with his new GF Gabrielle Union in front of Wade’s two children. (TMZ)

The lawsuit alleges Union “engaged in sexual foreplay” in front of the boys, which “severely inflicted the Plaintiffs emotionally and mentally.” It also claims that the boys received “medium size gifts” from Dwayne Wade for Christmas last year, while Union got “the biggest gift of all.”
“Defendant has played sexually explicit roles, including roles as a seductress,” the lawsuit reads. “Defendant has apparently decided to take her role beyond the films and into the home of a married man, Dwayne Wade, in the presence of his two minor children.”
Damages in excess of $50,000 are being sought by Siohvaughn Wade.(SOURCE)
…if the children saw that, I am pretty sure that they are traumatized,…and they deserve to be paid for their mental anguish.
The LAST thing I would ever want to see my dad do in front of me is get a blow-job from any one of his jump-offs,…and it does not matter that the woman be as fine or famous as Gabrielle Union,… there are just some things kids just don’t need to see!!!
The lawsuit is for well over $50,000.00, which should just about cover the down payment on their trauma.
DimeWars.com is reporting that….Mrs. Wade claims that the orchestrated meeting to introduce the boys to Gabrielle Union, their future stepmother, coupled with the sexual foreplay witnessed by the children has caused emotional distress. She says the 8-year-old has developed nervous habits, experiences headaches, and has sought medical treatment for stress and anxiety leading to “significant” hair loss causing bald spots. Neither party involved in the lawsuit has commented on the situation.
A rep for Union, 37, also denies the claims, saying, “Each and every allegation made is entirely false.”(SOURCE)
Hopefully, this is just a misunderstanding,and let’s hope they keep the kids out of it from now on,for their children’s sake…
