Shiloh Pepin known as the Little Mermaid girl,dies at the age of 10

Shiloh Pepin, who gained fame as the little Mermaid Girl, died yesterday at Maine Medical Center, Friday October 23rd, at the age of 10. She was called the Mermaid Girl because she was born with a rare condition that left her legs fused together.
