On a recent Sunday morning ,James Craig Anderson, a 49-year-old auto plant worker, was standing in a parking lot, near his car. The teens allegedly beat Anderson repeatedly, yelled racial epithets, including “White Power!” according to witnesses.(NY Daily News)

The group of teens  led by the scrawny,Dedmon, had been partying and drinking in a middle-class neighbourhood in the predominantly white Rankin County,Mississippi on June 26, when Dedmon suggested to his friends that they should leave, saying ‘let’s go f**k with some n*****s’, according to Hinds County District Attorney Robert Shuler Smith.

The teens reportedly drove 16 miles searching for a black person to harass before finding Anderson outside his hotel,standing around minding his own business before the group of teens beat him, and then ran him over with the truck, killing him.
