Police in Rialto, California have made an arrest in the murder of 19-year-old Joshua Huizer, who was fatally shot to death on April 10 while waiting to make an order at the drive thru of a Taco Bell restaurant near Base Line and Willow Avenue in Rialto,along with his 18-year-old girlfriend,Viridiana Sanchez , who was also attacked, but survived.(Source)

Police are reporting that suspect Dalray Kawane Andrews, 20, shot and killed Joshua at the Taco Bell,when Joshua tried to drive away from Dalray who had walked up on the couple,brandishing a firearm, demanding that they turn over their wallet and valuables to him.(LA Weekly)

Rialto Fire Department paramedics took Huizar to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton where he was pronounced dead at 1:45 a.m, after having been shot at around 1:00 am that morning.
Rialto Police Chief Mark Kling said that forensic evidence found on Huizar’s car led them to Andrews.(Source)
Suspect Dalray Kawane Andrews, 21,is a known gang member who was on felony parole
Andrews is a known gang member who was on felony probation at the time of the murder, police said.
Question is…can the public survive killers let out on Felony Probation?
Andrews was arrested without a struggle at the probation Department in San Bernardino.

Authorities have not ruled out the possibility of seeking the death penalty in this case.
A funeral was held for 20-year-old victim Joshua Michael Huizar on Wednesday,April 20th,shortly after a news conference with his family and Rialto police Chief Mark Kling.(Source)

I grew up with the kid who murdered the 19yr old boy, I am terribly sorry for the family that is going through more then I can imagine…I do want you to know Im praying for you guys in such a time like this, I loved that kid though he was one of my best friends growing up and I cant believe Im writing this but I want you to know I will be praying for the Huizar’s and please do not blame his family cause I know they are going through hell right now too…I felt that I needed to post this but I am so sorry for your lost….

Clayton, our family by no means blame his family, w both lost a love one but in different ways. Although they can still visit, touch, hold, hug and kiss there loved one, we cannot!! We are no one to judge only god can and will. i continue to pray as here we are two years later and our family is still grieving! On behalf of our family, thank you for your condolences!
