Charlie Sheen Opening Night Of Live Torpedo Of Truth Comedy Show Get’s Torpedoed With Boos As Charlie Exits Stage Left…He is Not Winning In Detroit!
Last night, the live audience attending Charlie Sheen’s live performance on stage at his “My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option” tour, decided that staying to see the train wreck of a show to its conclusion was not an option.(Source)
The sold-out 4,700-audience members booed him off the stage as he berated the audience and spoke incoherently much like he did on his widely panned Ustream show, that should have served as a warning to the fans who rushed to plop down their hard-earned money to come out in support of Charlie Sheen.(Video)
Reportedly, the show initially sold out in less than 18 minutes, and almost the same amount of time for the audience to turn on him. The show was scheduled to run for 70 minutes, but even Charlie could not stand to see his own show for that long.(TMZ)
Many of the audience members chanted “refund” and they headed for the exits even before the show abruptly ended.(Detroit Free Press)
The second night of this epic tour will take place tonight in Chicago,…but only if Charlie has the nerve to show up and publically bomb yet again.(CNN)
At the beginning of the show he proclaimed that he wanted them to enjoy “a night of winning,”…but by the end of it he was begging them with this desperate plea of frustration…“Come on, guys. You paid to see me,” he said. “…
…You gave me your hard-earned money without knowing what this (expletive) show was about. I’m here now … and I’m willing to open up.”(Source)
Hopefully this train wreck will halt sooner rather than later, and warlock Charlie will realize, as we all can see, that he needs some serious mental intervention, so he can come back, and WIN again in the future…(PerzHilton)
