Broward County Florida officials say 27-year-old Toccara Daniels was arrested Tuesday and charged with burglary, assault and battery and child abuse, for illegally entering a school bus and slapping a small child, who was pointed out as her son’s kindergarten class bully.(Source)

Jone’s can be seen on tape screaming…”I’m going to f*@k you up. Show me which one! Show me which one!” Jones exclaimed while aboard his daughter’s school bus.(Source)

Jones was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing a school function, and briefly jailed. He was released on bond from Seminole County Jail later in the day.(SOURCE)

He faced up to six months in jail and a $500 fine, but the case has since been settled.(Source)

Many citizens rallied in support of James Jone’s, because they thought that it was proper conduct for a dad to protect his daughter from her playground tormentors, but he has expressed remorse for his crime.(Source)

James Jones storms the schoolbus and violently threatens bus driver...

“I’d like to still apologize,” James Jones said today on “Good Morning America.“…”I regret for all the kids that weren’t involved — the kids that had nothing to do with this that were on the bus at the time.”

James Jones signed a plea that requires him to serve six months probation and pay a $1,000 fine. Jones must also take classes in anger management and victim awareness and perform 10 hours of community service.(Source)
