‘Kensington Strangler’ Beat, Raped, And Strangled 3rd Victim Casey Mahoney, 27…Philly Police Offering $30,000 Bounty To Capture The Killer,Dead Or Alive!!!
There has been confirmation by the Philadelphia police that the sick serial killer, known as the ‘Kensington Strangler’ has been confirmed to have killed his 3rd victim, Casey Mahoney, 27, of East Stroudsburg, Pa.(Source)
Casey Mahoney was found dead in a wooded area near a set of train tracks on the 100 block of East Tusculum on Wednesday night. Her body was found partially clothed , and she was discovered December 15, according to police spokeswoman Jillian Russell.(Source)
Police say the area where Mahoney’s body was found is known to be used by drug users, and that Mahoney was a known drug user and believe she was in the Kensington area seeking a drugs when she ended up in the maniacal hands of the Kensington strangler.(ABC)

DNA found on the body of Casey Mahoney matches genetic evidence in the slayings of two other women found beaten, raped and strangled in the city’s Kensington section of the city.The attacker likely is still in the 10-block radius where the attacks occurred.(Source)
Three other women came forward and reported to the police that they were survivors of a violent sexual assault that happened in the area, and two of the women said they were choked into unconsciousness.
Police said the third surviving assault victim was pulled into an alley earlier this month. Despite being choked, punched and hit on the head with a brick, the 33-year-old woman escaped, and her assailant fled the scene, according to a police report.
All victims were white females involved in prostitution and narcotics, police said.(CNN)
The suspect has been described as a medium-built black or Hispanic man in his 20s or 30s who wore a hoodie and might have identified himself as “Anthony.” He is about 5’7″ to 5’10” tall and 170 pounds,he walks with a distinctive gait, favoring his left foot.(Source)
He has also been described as having long sideburns and listens to an iPod, which is distinctive, because most brothers do not wear long side burns!!!
Police have released two composite sketches of the male wanted for questioning regarding the three homicides in Philadelphia…
A Facebook page has been set-up to help citizens get together to help the police capture this killer, but unfortunately a picture was posted of the wrong suspect, and vigilantes gathered outside this person’s house.(Source)

On Tuesday, Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey warned against any vigilantism and stated…”We will not tolerate anyone taking vigilante action against this individual,” Ramsey said. “If you see someone suspicious, call 911. The authorities are offering a $30,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved in the beating, rape, and murder of the women by this killer. The reward is sponsored by the city and Citizens Crime Commission.
The local Fraternal Order of Police and Councilman Frank DiCicco have offered $7,000 for help simply leading to an arrest with a DNA match.(Source)
