The Giants-Vikings game was postponed until Monday night because the Metrodome’s Teflon roof had collapsed because of 17.1 inches of snow.(MSNBC)
The Vikings/Giants game that was to be played there today,will now be played in Detroit at Ford Field on Monday night.
Bill Lester, the executive director of the Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission, said Sunday that the dome sustained damage to two of its triangle-shaped Teflon panels. The stadium was unlikely to be available for use until midweek at the earliest. No one was reported injured.(NY Times)

Week 14 Giants-Vikings game will be played Monday night at 7:20 p.m. ET in Detroit.
This development allows injured quarterback Brett Favre on more day to try to heal enough to start the game, and keep his consecutive games streak intact.(Source)
