14-Year Old American Teen Edgar Jimenez Lugo aka ‘El Ponchis’,Forced To Decapitate 4 Victims For A Mexican Drug Cartel…Captured With His Sister!!!
The most feared and viciously bloody hitman for the Mexican drug cartel known as the Cartel of the South Pacific, is an American citizen, a native of San Diego, California, and is only a 14-year-old teen!(CNN)
…the cartels call him ‘El Ponchis’, some know of him as ‘the Cloak’, but his name is Edgar Jimenez Lugo, and he is a reputed hitman psychopathic killer for the drug cartels!!!(SOURCE)
His sister, who is 19, was his accomplice, and she helped dispose of the bodies, many times hanging them from bridges, or left the dismembered bodies in a public area, on display, for all to see.
This served as a warning sign to anyone who would consider running afoul of the drug cartel.
The two allegedly worked for Julio “El Negro” Padilla, who has been fighting for control of the drug trade in Morelos,Mexico, and El Ponchis’ sister said she was the girlfriend of Padilla and is part of a group of girls called Las Chabelas, who helped dump bodies on streets and freeways in and around Cuernavaca, a city about 56 miles (90 kilometers) south of Mexico City. She said her brother introduced them, and they fell in love.(Source)
Mexican officials arrested the American-born 14-year-old along with his sister Thursday at an airport trying to flee Mexico by flying to Tijuana and then heading to San Diego to seek refuge with their stepmother because they claim the drug cartel forced him to behead the four people against their will.(LA Times)
“I participated in four executions, but I did it drugged and under threat that if I didn’t, they would kill me,” the boy said calmly when he was handed over to the federal prosecutor Friday morning, showing no remorse.(Source)
El Ponchis claim of being forced to kill directly counters the claims made on You Tube by a group of teens posing by the decapitated bodies of some of their latest victims.
The YouTube video appeared last month with teens mugging for the camera next to corpses and guns. One boy on the video alleged that “El Ponchis” was his accomplice.
In the video, the youth told an unseen questioner that his gang was paid $3,000 per killing.(Source)
It has long been rumored that the mexican drug cartels are hiring hitmen as young as 10-11 to carry out their contract killings, and it is possibly due to the fact that Mexico has no system for trying juveniles as adults, and that all juveniles under the age of 18 are sentenced to youth detention centers and freed at age 18, no matter what type of heinous crimes they may have committed.(Source)
Many teens in America are used by older criminals for the very same reasons, but unlike Mexico, we will try a teen as an adult, based on the crime, …and we have a death penalty.
Some of the most vicious killers in America are our teenagers under the age of 18, and now we are exporting our murdering American teens into Mexico to do the dirty work for the drug cartels, because the level of violence and the love for money instilled in the American teenager, will drive a child to do anything, with no sign of empathy of love for their fellow-man at all.
The drug cartels have recognized this special character trait in American teens, and they know they have a willing crop of US teen that will do anything for the money, and they are capitalizing on that fact.
El Ponchis told the gathering of journalist that he was kidnapped, drugged and forced to commit the four decapitations…but I suspect the truth is that he did it willingly, for the money,…and probably enjoyed it as much as he would playing a real life video game.
As long as our US teens are being seduced by blood lust and avarice,…then the Mexican Drug cartels along the southern United States borders, “[Organized crime] will have an enormous reserve of laborers like ‘El Ponchis’ at its disposal.”
I find it ironic to see that when a Mexican citizen illegally enters America, for the most part, they are seeking work, …but when an American illegally enters Mexico, it’s usually a teen or an adult seeking to commit a violent crime, OR they are running away from the consequences of having committed a violent crime…
An adult sister, whom authorities picked up at the airport, appeared with the two siblings at the Friday news conference, but officials said she has no ties to drug trafficking.(Source)
