Eugene Melendres Ramos, a 36-year-old registered sex offender, was caught in the act, Wednesday afternoon,raping a two-year old toddler, in an aisle at a Dollar Tree Store in Union City,Ca., which is in northern California.(Source)

Two-Year Old Baby Rapist Eugene Melendres Ramos...deserves to be hated and disposed of!!!

The registered sex offender was apprehended after brazenly and inhumanly raping the toddler while her family was shopping in the next aisle!

The little girl had momentarily wandered away from her family in the store when she was pounced on and sexually assaulted.

The little baby victim was Christmas shopping at the discount store with her grandmother and aunt, when they went to exchange a ribbon in the Christmas aisle ,which was just one isle over. (CBS)

Police say that although they were separated for less than a minute, that is when the pedophile seized his prey, and began sexually assaulting the baby girl in the next aisle until fortunately,the grandmother came upon the horrific scene… Ramos was on top of the two-year old,sexually assaulting the toddler with her pants and diaper removed!!!

It is not known at this time if there is any evidence that Ramos penetrated the baby, but he had taken off the child’s diaper, more than likely with his hands.

The grandmother screamed loudly, grabbed the shaken child, and chased Ramos with the help of the aunt, and several customers. A citizen in front of the store also gave chase when he ran out of the store, located at 1720 Decoto Road, and tackled him, Police Capt. Brian Foley says .

Ramos ran, with the grandmother and aunt in pursuit, police said. Demario Hawkins, who was soliciting donations outside the store for a nonprofit that helps homeless people, and another man, Sammy Johnson, also gave chase, police said. The men tackled him.(SOURCE)

The officer says that…” two bystanders then tackled Ramos, subduing him until a BART officer arrived”…

He was booked  into Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, Calif. for kidnapping, rape, sexual acts with a child, and false imprisonment.

This is not the first time this pedophile pervert has raped a small child.

Ramos,in his past,attacked a 7-year-old girl in Hayward,Ca. in 2003 ,and was convicted of assault with intent to commit rape, sodomy or oral copulation, authorities said. He has a history of sexually assaulting very young children, and police Lt. Kelly Musgrove stated,”This guy was out looking to satisfy his sick desires.”(Source)

This baby rapist is beyond help, and this story should serve as a cautionary tale, and stand as an example to parents, about what could happen to a small child, if even left unattended for only a moment.

Do not let your small children out of your sight while shopping….if you can not manage that, then leave them at home with a trusted babysitter.

I believe that he should never have been out of prison in the first place!..you can’t rehabilitate a pedophile baby racist!!!You can not get much worst than this!!!
