Wesley Snipes,48, Ordered To Prison Immediately!!!…Judge Denies His Plea For A New Trial….
BREAKING NEWS- U.S. District Court Judge William Terrell Hodges in Ocala,Florida, has rejected actor Wesley Snipes,48, appeal for a new trial and has ordered him to surrender to authorities so he can be sent to Federal prison to begin serving his three-year prison sentence for tax evasion.(Source)

Wesley Snipes has been free on bond since 2008 while appealing his conviction, thus avoiding having to begin serving his prison sentence as an inmate. Unfortunately, his time has run out, and he has to face the music.(TMZ)
Federal prosecutors said the actor escaped paying more than $15 million in income tax returns for nearly a decade, by sending money to overseas accounts.
Before the sentencing, a contrite Wesley Snipes asked the court to show mercy on him, and offered three checks totaling $5 million as a gesture of good will.
Federal prosecutors diverted the checks to the U.S. Treasury , which accepted the payment ,but ,to the surprise of Wesley Snipes, they said that it was not enough for them to show him any mercy.
In fact, Internal Revenue Service Commissioner Douglas Shulman said along with Assistant Attorney General Nathan J. Hochman of the Justice Department’s Tax Division, at the time of the actor’s sentencing, that he would be made an example out of,to dissuade other’s who may be considering similar tax evasion activities.
“Snipes’ long prison sentence should send a loud and crystal clear message to all tax defiers that if they engage in similar tax defier conduct, they face joining him,”…(Source)
U.S. District Court Judge William Terrell Hodges said in his order that Snipes had a full, fair and thorough appeal.
“The time has come for the judgment to be enforced,” Hodges wrote.
According to reports, Wesley Snipes has already been taken into custody for a three-year prison sentence…

Racism. That’s what it is. Plain and simple. Florida? Racist. Made an example of? Please, Politicians don’t pay taxes deliberatlley, and they don’t get this type of madness.
Ridiculous. Hope he takes his case to the Supreme Court and not Tax court. Sue them all for punatve damages. Seperating a man from hi sfamily, what’s the benefit? None.

If he had not been a thief, stealing from the rest of America (when you dont pay your taxes you steal from us all), he wouldn’t have to do the time.
