He is truly spastic here, and it is very reminiscent of the presidential campaign stump speech by former candidate Howard Dean on March 15,2003 in Iowa,

I know I’m going hard on Mr.Davison, who might be a decent and nice man outside of politics,…but,his neocon fascist beliefs,coupled with this near perfect Hitler impression,made him someone I just could not resist to clown around with.

…oh, and by the way,Phil Davison didn’t win the nomination for Stark County (Ohio) treasurer this week,but he became a hit viral joke on the internet, gaining him enough fame and republican backers to make a run against nutty Sarah Palin for the presidency, so he can make these same type of speeches from the White House.(Source)
