New York Yankees Pitcher Roger Clemens Charged With Perjury…He Lied To Congress!!!

11 time All-Star legendary pitcher Roger Clemens is up to his stash of hypodermic-needles in problems from the government over his alleged use of performance enhancing steroids.(SOURCE)

'The Rocket' has been Rocked by federal indictment for lying to Congress...

A federal grand jury on Thursday indicted seven-time Cy Young Award winner Roger Clemens for allegedly lying to Congress about using steroids. Clemens has been formally  indicted by a federal jury on perjury, for making false statements during his testimony to Congress, on August 19, 2010. (CBS)

Sometimes where there is smoke, there might be fire, and Clemens’ problems escalated when his trainer and friend Brian McNamee decided to tell the truth about their illicit steroid affair’s to the government.(SOURCE)

Brian McNamee snitched on Roger Clement's who has been indicted for lying to congress about their steroid abuse.

McNamee has told federal agents, baseball investigator George Mitchell and the committee that he injected Clemens more than a dozen times with steroids and human growth hormone from 1998 to 2001.(SOURCE)

Clemens has maintained that McNamee was lying.(Source)

Clemens faces a combined maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and a $1.5 million fine, although current sentencing guidelines would only put him in jail for 21 months if he is convicted
