  1. I really think that Jordan Wallick should not be tried as an adult! He is 15 and he can be rehabiltated, that is the reason that children have different laws & sentencing guidelines because they may be faced with peer pressure that can be overwhelming for a child. In this day & age kids need better guidance & if the judicial system is designed to help & rehabilitate ADULTS then I feel that children should go through the extensive rehabilitation as well, but placing a 15 year old with adults in a prison environment will just make it worst! My condolences to James Wallmuth III family, I truly understand what they are going through it is not easy to lose a loved one in such a senseless manner as this but this kid needs counseling & educating maybe if he had it previously or some type of program for a kid to attend in his community this probably would have never happened. The Government need to look at this & realize that kids need to be involved in the positive things in the community then there would be no time to pick up guns!

    • Yes Kat, in retrospect, and after much calmer thinking, i have to agree with you.
I guess my statements in this article are an example of my emotions taking over my thought process, as I really look forward to
my friends that attend that same school preparing to be attorneys themselves, and I know that they have vital contributions to all of our futures,
..but they even thought my words may have been too extreme.
You cite some good solutions and that should be the focus, and if there is hope for this young man, who knows, maybe his rehabilitation could be
a great memorial and testament to the life of Jordan Wallick, who by all reports was an extraordinary person.

  2. He was old enough to know right from wrong, i know its harsh but he took another man’s life and he needs to pay for that. TRY HIM AS AN ADULT!
