Good Riddance!!! John Albert Gardner Killer of 2 California Girls Gets Life in Prison…
John Albert Gardner,31, a sex offender convicted of killing two teenage girls in San Diego, Amber Dubois,14, and Chelsea King,17, has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Gardner reached a plea deal last month that spared him a possible death penalty.(SOURCE)
Gardner was arrested on February 28, three days after he abducted, raped and stabbed 17-year-old King and buried her body in a shallow grave, according to court documents. She was last seen alive leaving Poway High School.
Dubois, 14, was last seen alive walking to Escondido High School on February 13, 2009. She was considered a missing person for more than a year, until Gardner led authorities to her remains in March in exchange for assurances that it would not be used against him in court.
Gardner admitted to raping and stabbing Dubois and burying her in a shallow grave in a remote area near Pala, according to court documents.
Unfortunately,without the plea deal, San Diego County District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis said last month, her office did not have enough evidence to charge Gardner in the death of Dubois.(SOURCE)
The unfortunate deal by uncontested incumbent candidate and current District Attorney of San Diego Bonnie Dumanis disappointed many in the state, and triggered a review of why law enforcement would make life saving deals with child sex murderers to obtain information on other missing or open murder cases, before trying the Dick Cheney approved techniques our government is perfecting with terrorist in Guantanamo Bay!

Child Molester and KIller John Albert Gardner's Life Saver-Bonnie Dumanis...
I am very disappointed in Bonnie Dumanis, because now, it has put the father of Amber Dubois in an awkward position to have to appeal to John Gardner’s fellow incarcerated criminals to mercifully take the law into their own hands, and let natural selection take it’s course and met out a proper punishment to John Gardner, because Dumanis did not have the will or courage to do it for the citizens of San Diego.
I am pretty sure her excuse is that her hand’s were tied…but John Gardner sleeps comfortably tonight because of Bonnie, and will, for years to come….GOOD WORK BONNIE!!!...I am certain Gardner appreciates you.
As for myself, I will support Chelsea’s Law, a law that would send some child molesters to prison for life for a first offense.
