Fascist Chicago Cop Indicted in Brutal Baton Beating Of Innocent Citizen,Caught On Tape(VIDEO)
Ronald Bell was whacked 15 times in the back, upper body and head in the early morning hours of March 28, according to Cook County prosecutors,by bullying-fascist cop James Mandarino of the Chicago police force.
The brutal beating was recorded by the bad officer’s own on-board dash-camera,which has prevented the cops from lying and covering up their own crimes, as in the case of the beating of Phoenix council member Michael Johnson, by the racist,fascist,bigoted rogue cop, Brian Authement,who will probably get away with his crime because the Council member is black, and there is no recording of the attack.(SOURCE)
Just like what happened to Council member Johnson who was viciously attacked by crazy cop Brian Authement in a similar attack,Ronald Bell was unarmed and there is no evidence he ever resisted or was a threat to Mandarino, assistant state’s attorney Alexander Vroustouris said today at Mandarino’s bond hearing.
To the credit of the state of Illinois and the city of Chicago,Judge Adam Bourgeois Jr. let the bail stand at the $50,000 for this sadomasochistic cop, and ordered an arrest warrant issued on Wednesday for the officer,which is what the city of Phoenix failed to do,simply because the Phoenix police force is racist.
It should be noted that, as in this case in Chicago, police brutality knows no color lines. Police brutalize citizens because they have a need to attack human beings, because they know they can get away with it,most of the times, especially if they turn off the dash-cam,and attack victims out of the range of the camera.
This is what has happened in the Phoenix police brutality attack, so this video of the Chicago attack could possibly serve as a guide to what happened to Council member Michael Johnson.
As it stands in Chicago, we are happy that innocent citizen Ronald Bell, will receive the proper justice for his attack, and Mandarino, a 16-year police veteran, was charged with official misconduct and aggravated battery. More charges are expected against the officer, who has been placed on leave, Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez said.
“Every law-enforcement officer holds his or her powers through the public trust, and this defendant’s senseless act of rage against an unarmed citizen constitutes an offensive violation of that trust,” said Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez. “This conduct cannot and will not be tolerated.”(SOURCE)
Who would have ever thought that the city of Chicago would have more sense than the city of Phoenix when it comes down to supervising their police force,even when they find out that one of their own officers has a committed a crime against the very citizens that they are supposed to protect.
I commend the city of Chicago and the state of Illinois, …and I condemn the city of Phoenix, and their racist rogue police force, embodied in the fascist Brian Authement.
