Poland’s President,First Lady,And 96 Other Dignitaries, All Die in Tragic Plane Crash…The Nation Mourns
BREAKING NEWS-The AP is reporting that the Polish President Lech Kaczynski, his wife and some of the country’s most prominent military and civilian leaders died Saturday when the presidential plane crashed as it came in for a landing in thick fog in western Russia.(SOURCE)

The Tupolev-154 the President was traveling in,is reported to have been over 25 years old,and this model of airplane has been involved in many crashes,and will be the focus of the investigation.(SOURCE)
President Lech Kaczynski and his wife Maria were heading to Russia’s Smolensk region to mark the 70th anniversary of the Katyn massacre, where Soviet secret police killed thousands of Polish officers during World War II.
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said that the accident would be jointly investigated by the Russians and the Poles.

One should listen to traffic control and should not have try to land this old plane that should have been scraped. They should have flown in a different plane something newer and safer maybe could have saved lives instead of taking all. How sad for families and friends..
