Loser Lindsay Lohan’s New Career Move…Lohan Suing E*Trade for 100 Million!!!!…Claims She Owns The Name Lindsay And No Other Human Being Can Use It!!!

I once had to calm my Aunt Betty down,because she was mad at the ABC primetime series ‘Ugly Betty’ using her name “Betty”, and calling her ugly.

I explained to her that millions upon millions of people all over the world are named Betty, and that they were not personally referring to her as being ugly, so she should pay it no mind.

My knowledge of the copyright,trademark and patent laws are extensive, and that it would be next to impossible to prove in a court of law, that she was in fact the Betty that the ABC producers are referring to as ugly in the title.

…she informed me she was just joking with me, as I expected…and the joke was pretty funny,I must say.

The AP is reporting that, the loser actress Lindsay Lohan is suing the financial company E*Trade for 100 million dollars claiming a commercial about a “milkaholic” baby named Lindsay is based on her!

Lindsay hates the cute E-Trade baby....the milkaholic!!!

Celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton calls this latest episode…Lindsanity!!!…and I have to agree with his point-of-view!!!

Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said the actress has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna.

“They used the name Lindsay,” Ovadia said. “They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.“(New York Daily News)

I think that Lindsay is receiving some bad legal advice here, and they are reaching for straws.The attorney must know that if a person corporation or business entity wants to use a word or phrase to trademark their business and commerce, that they must pay for that privilege and submit the proper paperwork,fees, and clearances for specific business classes and items, both nationally and internationally.(SOURCE)

Given that…I see this as another desperate attempt by Lindsay Lohan to make some cash, and to keep her name in the media.What do you think?
