Body of Missing Calif. Girl Chelsea King,17, Believed Found In Lake Hodges Shallow Grave…Suspects Parents Home Vandalised Because They Allowed it To Happen!

A body believed to be that of Chelsea King was discovered yesterday in a shallow grave, two days after John Gardner was booked on suspicion of rape and murder of the San Diego teen.

Gardner is due in court for arraignment today on rape and murder charges. He was arrested Sunday.

The Killer Gardner is supported by his parents...

San Diego police say Gardner is positively linked to an assault on a 22-year-old Colorado woman who managed to fend off her attacker on Dec. 27.

He had pleaded guilty a decade ago to molesting a 13-year-old female neighbor and served five years of a six-year prison term, which went against the recommended sentence of 30 years behind bars because the court wanted to spare the victim the trauma of appearing in court!!!

Because of the former victims family unwillingness to go through a court case,…they allowed this sick perverted killer to get out after a short 5 year bid in prison,in order to stalk,rape,torture and kill poor Chelsea King.

The whole judicial system favoring these weak child molester/sexual predator laws that do nothing but escalate the sick behavior of these sociopaths to cover-up their crimes by permanently silencing their victims.

This type of murder happens often when the prison system is forced to release a violent criminal into society…even when they know for sure that he will kill and rape a child again.

In debates over laws monitoring released sex offenders, it’s common to hear claims that they’re sure to commit more sex crimes. “‘What we’re up against is the kind of criminal who, just as soon as he gets out of jail, will immediately commit this crime again at least 90 percent of the time,”…“Not only are they almost certain to continue sexually abusing children, but some eventually kill their young victims.”

Whoever was responsible for Gardner getting out of prison to kill, when he was found to be unrepentant of his sexual crime,…they should be fired from their positions, and they need to answer for Chelsea’s death.They are the threat to our community, and to our children.(SOURCE)

John Walsh of “Americas Most Wanted” lost his son Adam, to a sick sexual predator who had been released from prison for similar sexual crimes,who had escalated his sexual misdeeds to murder, in order to silence his victims.He cut Adam’s head off, and discarded it in a drainage ditch.

This led to the creation of the  Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act (Pub.L. 109-248) is a piece of legislation signed into law by U.S. President George W. Bush on July 27, 2006. The Walsh Act organizes sex offenders into three tiers and mandates that Tier 3 offenders (the most serious tier) update their whereabouts every three months with lifetime registration requirements. Tier 2 offenders must update their whereabouts every six months with 25 years of registration, and Tier 1 offenders (which includes minors as young as 14 years of age) must update their whereabouts every year with 15 years of registration. Failure to register and update information is a felony under the law. It also creates a national sex offender registry and instructs each state and territory to apply identical criteria for posting offender data on the Internet (i.e., offender’s name, address, date of birth, place of employment, photograph, etc...(SOURCE)

The parents of the killer John Gardner are definitely guilty of aiding and abetting their son to kill Chelsea,by harboring this killer in their house, and for taking no effective steps to correct his behavior,…outside of giving him a “time-out”.

The neighbor’s of the killer Gardner family agree,because some brave citizen wrote a message on their garage that sums up the sentiments of the entire San Diego community…In red paint, a vandal has scrawled a message to the parents of John Albert Gardner: “Chelsea’s blood is on you, move out.”(SOURCE)

Thousands of mourners last night attended a candlelight vigil for the victim,and grief counselors are available to speak with the kids at Chelsea’s school,Poway High.

How do we protect our kids from sexual predators if the authorities release them into our communities to murder, rape, and kill them???

When men leave the home of John Albert Gardner Wednesday after painting over a threat spray painted on the garage, neighbors confront the men saying “You should’ve left it.”
