Police officers have once again turned a blind eye on the misdeeds of one of their own, and continue the tradition of towing the thin blue line, no matter how horrific the offending officer may have been towards a suspect.
Whatever happened to …due process of the law????…and that thing about cruel and unusual punishment?
The AP is reporting that….A New York City police officer accused of a sodomy attack on tattoo artist Michael Mineo,a drug suspect in a subway station was acquitted Monday along with two other officers who had been accused of covering it up.
Where is Serpico when you need him!

Does this really surprise you Jerry, typical and been going on since the beginning of the nypd. Cover up’s, injustice. Do you remember the night a couple of years ago 5 of them shot the groom at his bach party about 38 times, they were undercover in a bar, drunk, and thought the guy was dealing or using. Caught him and his buddies in a car outside and just opened up, so many times that they had time to reload. Killed the groom, and I don’t remember how many others. They were let go also, just one of hundreds of police brutalities in this country every year. And mostly administered to blacks or latinos. It is a crime with no ending.

I am disturbed that I am not surprised by this news story.
NYPD killed a guy over a wallet they thought was a firearm!!!
They can away with murder, so they commit murder.
