Snoopy Has Lost His Damn Mind!!!….Packs of Savage Feral Beagles Terrorizing Long Island Residents..

On the West Coast we have packs of wild coyotes and sometimes Pit Bulls, terrorizing our neighborhoods, threatening the lives of our children and pets that these midnight marauders look at as fair game to eat….and some have recently been known to uncharacteristically pack together to kill a full-grown adult human being!

..but, on the East Coast, they are being stalked and frightened by a pack of wild feral beagles!…[picapp align=”right” wrap=”true” link=”term=beagles+hunting&iid=2964809″ src=”4/e/8/5/The_Beagle_Run_195b.jpg?adImageId=9842986&imageId=2964809″ width=”234″ height=”156″ /]

Yes…you read that correctly… Snoopy and his cousins have lost their damn minds, and may take you down if you don’t watch out!!!!…who ever would have guessed that Snoopy and the other wild beagles are  gang bangers? Strength in numbers I guess…

A feral beagle is an animal that has no fear of human beings, and does not want their company. They become a “Cujo-like” incarnation of Snoopy, except Cujo once was a pet, and went crazy due to contracting rabies-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cujo….but the beagles are acting like Cujo!

A pack of feral beagles in Eastern Long Island have banded together to roam the woods and field after being abandoned there by hunters that would use them to track down rabbits.

They have become a big menace serious problem this winter because of the evolution of the wild hunting packs. The animals have grouped into these packs to seek food and locals have reported terrifying encounters with crazed, hungry beagles. They are snarling, darling, ferocious little Snoopy’s!!!!

One told a shelter worker, “If you don’t take the dog, I’ll shoot it in the head.” “If they don’t perform, they don’t have a use for them,” said Pam Green, who runs Kent Animal Shelter in Calverton.

Currently, there are laws in New York state that make abandoning an animal in your supervision a crime. This is what happens when this law is not enforced.

…PETA are you listening????I kow you are…

The Kent animal shelter is rounding up the ferocious beagles, and attempting to rehabilitate them as much as possible. It is always a challenge to train a wild animal into a pet fit for adoption, but they are committed to the task.

If you would like to donate to their care, or are interested in helping out a beagle who has changed his ways, contact them at:
