Steven Hayes,Conn. Murder Suspect Faces Medical Crisis In Prison While Awaiting Trial…

The AP is reporting that Steven Hayes,one of two men charged with killing a woman and her two daughters during a 2007 home invasion in a Connecticut suburb was found unconscious in his prison cell and was hospitalized in a medically induced coma, a judge said Monday.

The two suspects were out on parole at the time of the killings.

Jury selection for Steven Hayes has been halted for Monday because of the crisis.

Officials wouldn’t confirm a report by The Hartford Courant that Hayes overdosed on medication.

Maybe he is trying to save the state some money on a trial!!!
