Missing Virginia Tech Student. Morgan Harrington Remains Found

Morgan Harrington....Rest In Peace.
Virginia police say they are “fairly confident” that skeletal remains found this morning on a farm near Charlottesville are those of missing Virginia Tech student Morgan Harrington.
Morgan Harrington, a 20-year-old education major, went to a Metallica concert at the University of Virginia’s John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, Virginia, on October 17.
She was separated from her friends, never to be seen alive again, and was the subject of repeated searches.
Police said they think the skeletal remains are Harrington’s, and Col. W. Steven Flaherty, Virginia State Police superintendent, said an autopsy would be conducted to confirm that the remains are Harrington’s.
A farmer checking fences on a remote part of his property found the remains, which he initially thought were those of a deer, the TV station says.
David Bass, owner of Anchorage Farm in Albemarle County, said he found the bones Tuesday morning while checking fences in a remote area he seldom visits. The farm is about 6 miles from the University of Virginia, but Bass described the area where he found the bones as “nowhere near a highway.”

Morgan Harrington remains discovered today...
UPDATE: The remains have been positively identified to be Morgan Harrington by the coroner….
