Karl Rove Granted A Divorce…What Happened To Christian Family Values?

The Rove's Split up...

Politico.com is reporting today that the neo-conservative mastermind for the Republicans, Karl Rove, has been granted a divorce from his wife of 24 years,Darby Rove.

I am not an authority on Christian family values, but I am pretty sure that divorcing your wife of 24 years is not one…but I do understand the need for peace of mind.

Spokeswoman Dana Perino said, “Karl Rove and his wife, Darby, were granted a divorce last week. The couple came to the decision mutually and amicably, and they maintain a close relationship and a strong friendship. There will be no further comment and the family requests that its privacy be respected.” (SOURCE-http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1209/31036.html)

Karl Christian Rove (born December 25, 1950) was Senior Advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff to former President George W. Bush until his resignation on August 31, 2007…(Source-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karl_Rove)

Darby and Karl Rove have one son who is attending college.

Although I hold opposing political views than Mr Rove, that has nothing to do with his personal family affairs, and on a serious note, I wish him and his family well, as they proceed into their future.

I just hope Mr. Rove will consider easing up on the Liberals, and think about crossing the aisle and joining our party!…he is a respected adversary and would be a benefit to the Democratic cause, if he changes his philosophy!!!
