The hapless New York Jets have handed the Indianapolis Colt’s their first loss this season, ruining their highly anticipated “perfect” season in the N.F.L.

The final score was Jets 29, Colts 15.

The only team to accomplish this distinction was the 1972 Miami Dolphins, in which the always quotable Eugene “Mercury” Morris was an instrumental part of.
