Chimp Attack Owner Faces No Criminal Charges Because The State Can Not Find Any Recklessness…How About The Mangled And Mauled Face?

Killer Chimp Killed...Owner Not Facing Charges
Breaking News-This is a stunning and incredible development.
Sandra Herold, of Stamford Connecticut will face absolutely no criminal prosecution from the state of Connecticut concerning the viscous mauling by her ”pet” wild chimp on neighbor and employee Charla Nash.
Charla Nash has been blinded, and dramatically disfigured by the out of control chimp, which was killed by Herold during the attack on Nash.
If there was no reckless behavior on the part of the owner Herold, then why did she kill the chimp?
The chimp was killed because he was killing Charla Nash, recklessly. It stands to reason that the very act of owning a wild chimp is an act of recklessness, and if the state sanctioned that behavior, then the state should be held liable.
Nash’s family is suing Herold for $50 million and wants to sue the state for $150 million. Nash’s family has said Herold was negligent and reckless for lacking the ability to control “a wild animal with violent propensities.”
Ironically, the state Legislature in June added gorillas, chimpanzees and orangutans to the list of animals that can’t be privately owned in Connecticut.
This common sense action is a bit too late for Charla Nash, but it does highlight the guilt that these failed state legislators must fully recognize.
I think the Nash family should take the whole state to court, and make sure that they get a change of venue, because as I see it, the state is involved in a conspiracy against Charla Nash, simply because they are totally responsible for what happened to her.

Charla Nash and Travis the Killer Chimp...both are victims of the state

I certainly don’t agree with the State Attorney. Something is very suspect about the attorney’s decision to me. He can shove his legal jargon, that supposedly gives reason for throwing out the case, up his ass. (On a political note, he’s probably a hard core left winger with no back bone to stand up for what is right, given the state this is in.)
The owner of the chimp KNEW, from previous incidents, what could have happened again and continuing to own the chimp and have it in contact with people is a form of recklessness itself.
I would sue too, Charla.
