Jon Gosselin Has Been Ordered to Return $180,000 in Marital Funds by Oct. 26

Breaking News– Dumb dad Jon Gosselin has been ordered by a judge to return $180,000 in marital funds by Oct. 26 that he stole from Kate and …his 8 children he had with her!!!!

It seems like he is going for the title of the worst dad ever.

 Kate Gosselin, meanwhile, must provide an accounting of past expenses by the same date, lawyer Mark Momjian said. And an arbitrator will review another $55,000 she says she spent on household and child-related expenses.

Jon Gosselin’s lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, released a statement saying there was no proof that the $55,000 was used for family expenses.

“It may very well be determined that very substantial sums of money which Kate has failed to account for might have been misapplied and misused by Kate,” Heller said.

“As of now, Jon Gosselin chooses to give Kate the benefit of doubt,” Heller said.

TLC is renaming the show “Kate Plus Eight.” Jon Gosselin has sent the network a cease-and-desist letter, saying he believes the filming is harmful to the children.

Just on Monday, the two mutually agreed to keep the arbitration of this sad family case private, and will limit his rulings to what is in the best interest of the children.

My concern is that it is common for overly obsessed stage parents to rob, steal, and misappropriate their child star’s money, leaving many once famous cherub actors penniless when they become grown, rugged, and not so cute anymore. I have personally seen this happen to my friend’s sister, Angela Watson, who spent her childhood as a principal cast member on the hit A.B.C. series ”Step By Step”. I witnessed several of these sad events happen to a lot of child stars that were my neighbors’ at the Oakwood Gardens apartments in Toluca Hills, which is a popular complex for traveling child stars to stay while in LA auditioning, and filming new series, commercials, and movies.

A lot of them were mistreated, and longed to just be kids.

Angela is now a tireless advocate for exploited child stars, as she struggles to pick up the pieces.

I hope that the court appoints the children an advocate, to specifically protect their financial future from the destruction of their parents.
